A Christmas Mystery

I enjoy a good mystery.

This is interesting. Someone decorates this tree every year around Christmas.  I look forward to seeing it as I drive by each day in December waiting for it to be decorated. I am never disappointed because inevitably it will be all deck out with shining christmas balls and old cds glimmering in the sunlight.

I wonder, who does this each year, and do they know it brings a smile to my face when I see it. There is a story here and I want to know who is behind this tradition.
