I daydream of the ocean, feeling the hot sand between my toes. I recall listening to the children at play laughting as they folic in the waves.
Then, I begin to think about how much I enjoy looking out our window and seeing the ever-changing riverview.
I think of all the people who gazed out at this scenery, and sigh. Although, they are likely enjoying another view from wherever they my be at the moment, I experience a sense of connection with them still.

Loved it.
Keep Smiling.
Thank you Dan and Makk Have an amazing weekend!
I like what you said about sensing the connection with others. i believe that everything is connected, although our awareness of the connections is quite limited. I hope you enjoy this poem I wrote.
Interplanetary
There is a person in another galaxy
thinking of me.
The form of her body
and its color are unknown on earth.
We are connected by our desire to
be aware that we are connected.
We smile at each other through
this desire
and through the connection,
because no smile exists in isolation.
Clarence,
I love the poem. Indeed, our connection transends time and space.
I've posed it on my facebook status, too good to keep to myself. : )
People are constantly viewing Nature, whether through windows or by being amidst it. That's the sense of connection you experience with others.
I like your river pictures and the poem by Clarence Heller.
Have a Happy, Blessed Easter, Angelina!
Thank you Duta for your comment.
Indeed, Clarence has a gift, I too enjoyed his poem.
Have a blessed Easter as well.
BTW: My son was at the UN in NYC, his topic was Status of Women last week. His country was Israel. He had to do a paper on Rape as a Weapon of Violence. Really difficult topic for a 13 year old, but I think he got some valuable information from his research.
